Hi, I'm Lindsay McCurnin — wife to Michael, mama to Jaden and Addison, artist, maker, and the heart behind Favored Collective.
Favored began when my prayer and worship time became something deeper. The Creator of the universe stirred something new in me and began showing me how to create. What started as a personal act of worship has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.
I work primarily with textured impasto techniques — palette knife paintings of magnolias, oysters, landscapes, and Louisiana-inspired subjects. I also create pressed-flower resin pieces, crosses on reclaimed wood, and hand-decorated Bibles that I gift to those who need the comfort of God's Word.
My family and I have felt the call to missions through our church, Acacia, and the intention of Favored is to show the love of Jesus through each handmade piece. All proceeds go toward supporting our mission work, including Ima's Home, an orphanage in the Philippines.
I believe we are all deeply favored by God. And I want my work to be a reminder of that — for you, for me, and for everyone who encounters it.
